Job Summary
As the Lead Customer Service Agent, you will direct the daily activities of a team of gate and ticketing agents across a designated concourse. - Safety & Security Compliance: Ensure all agents strictly adhere to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and international border control regulations regarding passenger verification and boarding protocols.
